Terms of Service

We offer two things:

• Lead Campaigns — one-time purchases (currently $250–$1,000). We research, rank, and deliver a custom list of leads for your business.
• Radar Assistant — a monthly subscription service at $1,000/mo, offered on an application basis. It helps you track leads, messages, and follow-ups across your connected sources.

Lead Campaigns are billed once, at the time of purchase, through Stripe. Radar Assistant is billed monthly until you cancel. By purchasing, you authorize these charges.

• Lead Campaigns are non-refundable. Each campaign is custom work performed specifically for you, so we do not offer refunds once a purchase is made.
• Radar Assistantcan be cancelled or paused at any time, and you won't be billed for future periods after you cancel. We do not refund time already served in the current billing period.

Leads are provided as-is for your own outreach. You are solely responsible for how you contact them and for complying with all applicable laws — including anti-spam, telemarketing, and privacy laws (such as CAN-SPAM and the TCPA in the U.S.). We are not responsible for how you choose to use the leads.

You agree not to misuse the services, interfere with their operation, or use them for any unlawful purpose.

We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time. We'll make a reasonable effort to let active customers know about significant changes that affect them.

We work hard to deliver quality leads and a useful service, but we cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as a certain number of bookings, replies, or sales. The services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Radar Digital Official will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the “last updated” date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
