Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 13, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information Radar Digital Official (“Radar,” “we,” “us”) collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep this short and honest. If anything here is unclear, email us at radardigitalofficial1@gmail.com.
1. Information we collect
We collect only what we need to provide our services:
- Free-test requests. When you request free leads, we collect your business name, your name, email address, a description of what your business does, and a description of your ideal customers.
- Purchases. When you buy a lead campaign, payment is handled by Stripe. We receive your email address, billing address, and the answers you provide at checkout (business name, what your business does, and your ideal customers). Your full card number is entered directly with Stripe — we never see or store it.
- Radar Assistant connections. If you become a Radar Assistant client, you choose which data sources to connect. These may include your email (Gmail/Outlook — reading and organizing your inbox), your text messages (iMessage/SMS, tracked through a secure Mac companion), and social notifications (Instagram, LinkedIn, X — at the notification level, flagging who messaged you and whether you've replied). Full message contents on social platforms are limited by those platforms.
- Basic technical data. Like most websites, our hosting keeps standard logs (such as IP address and browser type) to keep the site running and secure.
2. How we use your information
- To deliver your lead campaigns and run the Radar Assistant service.
- To contact you about your order, your account, and support.
- To improve and operate our services.
We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not use it to train external AI models. Your information exists to run your business — that's it.
3. Service providers we use
We rely on a small number of trusted providers, and share only what they need to do their job:
- Stripe — processes payments securely.
- Resend — sends our email (such as order and request notifications).
For Radar Assistant, the accounts you connect (for example Google or Microsoft) are also governed by those providers' own terms and privacy policies.
4. How we protect your information
We treat your data like the nerve center of your business, because it is:
- Your information is encrypted in transit and at rest.
- We operate on a least-access basis — we only request what's needed.
- You control what is connected, and you can disconnect any source at any time.
5. Your choices and control
You can ask us to access or delete your information, and Radar Assistant clients can disconnect any connected source at any time. To make a request, email radardigitalofficial1@gmail.com.
6. Data retention
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal or accounting obligations, and we delete it when you ask us to, unless we're required to keep it.
7. Children
Our services are built for businesses and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the “last updated” date at the top of this page.
